The project
Mónesvol began with an unusual question: can a website answer with personality without sacrificing clarity, usefulness or performance? The result combines identity, a conversational agent, animation and a visit that feels like a small story.
The challenge
Build a memorable experience that did not feel like a generic chatbot and worked especially well on mobile.
The response
Concept, tone, conversational interface, usage limits, bilingual system, legal pages and an architecture ready for AI models through an API.
What it demonstrates
A demonstrator that brings together strategy, copy, development, interaction design and artificial intelligence.
